Zitro effectively obtains ISO 14064-1 accreditation for their carbon footprint measurement and management systems.

Leading gaming supplier Zitro has strengthened its commitment to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) practices by securing ISO 14064-1 certification. This latest accomplishment signifies Zitro's dedication to responsibly measuring and reporting its carbon footprint.

In a statement, Zitro highlighted the ISO 14064-1 certification as a significant milestone in establishing a more sustainable corporate model that adheres to international standards of corporate responsibility. Obtaining this certification allows Zitro to effectively manage its greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions on a global scale.

The newly secured ISO standard addresses greenhouse gas emissions in three primary areas: Scope 1, related to direct emissions generated across all of Zitro's locations; Scope 2, covering indirect emissions linked to energy consumption at offices, warehouses, and laboratories; and Scope 3, encompassing indirect and direct emissions across the entire value chain, which includes customers, travel distribution, and suppliers.

This certification enhances Zitro's efforts to gradually decrease carbon emissions, improve operational efficiency, and promote transparency and credibility in its reporting and emission management. By adhering to international standards, the company positions itself to comply with evolving regulatory requirements related to GHG emissions and demonstrate its commitment to environmental stewardship.

In other news, Zitro has recently expanded its presence in Mexico through collaborations with Caliente Casino Hipódromo and Winpot Mexicali. The gaming solutions provider delivered its innovative CONCEPT cabinet line and popular games to both operators, boosting their offering and solidifying its position in the Mexican market.

Zitro's recent acquisition of ISO 14064-1 certification extends beyond its gaming activities, as they aim to incorporate environmental science principles into their operations, striving to reduce carbon emissions and promote sustainability. In the midst of climate-change discussions, the company's focus on technology and the environment aligns with the growing importance of corporate responsibility in preventing negative impacts on our planet.

As Zitro expands its reach in Mexico, they not only provide advanced gambling experiences but also demonstrate their commitment to ESG practices, as they aim to make a positive impact on the environmental, social, and governance landscape in locations where they operate. This approach highlights the potential for other gaming companies to adopt similar strategies, integrating science and technology with responsibility, all for a more sustainable future.
