Zeekr Unveils First Hybrid Model, the Zeekr 9X, in China
Zeekr, renowned for its premium electric vehicles, has launched its first hybrid model, the Zeekr 9X. Sales have commenced in China, indicating a significant shift for the brand.
The Zeekr 9X is constructed on the modular SEA-S architecture, a variant of the SEA platform. It offers a '2 + 2 + 2' seating arrangement and comes equipped with two 16-inch monitors on the central panel.
The base Max version delivers a combined power of 898 horsepower, an electric range of 300 kilometers, and a mixed range of 1200 kilometers. It is priced at 465,900 yuan (approximately 35.4 million tenge).
The Ultra version enhances this with an optional 70 kWh battery, increasing the electric range to 380 kilometers and the mixed range to 1250 kilometers. Priced between 485,900 to 500,900 yuan (37 to 38.1 million tenge), it offers more range for the money.
The Hyper version accelerates to 100 km/h in just 3.1 seconds, priced at 559,900 yuan (42.6 million tenge). For those seeking exclusivity, the special Obsidian Black edition is available at 599,900 yuan (45.6 million tenge).
The Zeekr 9X features 22-inch wheels and a two-chamber pneumatic suspension with a CDC shock absorber system, ensuring a smooth and sporty ride.
The Zeekr 9X, with its hybrid powertrain and premium features, is poised to make waves in the Chinese market. Its various versions cater to different customer preferences, from power and range to exclusivity. The start of sales signals Zeekr's commitment to exploring new territories in the automotive world.
