Google's Pixel 10 Series to Debut in a Colorful Palette
Google is set to join the smartphone launch fray with the anticipated arrival of its Pixel 10 series. According to reports from 9to5Google, the new lineup is expected to be unveiled at the upcoming Made by Google event next month.
The Pixel 10, 10 Pro, 10 Pro XL, and 10 Pro Fold are rumored to be announced at this event, with the series expected to continue the strong pedigree of its predecessors. The Pixel 9 handsets, launched last year, are considered some of the best smartphones available, boasting a combination of premium hardware, AI smarts, and impressive photography capabilities.
The Pixel 10 will feature a matte finished aluminum frame with a wider camera visor housing three cameras. The Pro and Pro XL models are expected to maintain design continuity with the previous generation but will come in a variety of colors.
Official-looking images and multiple leaks from reliable sources, including Evan Blass' renders, have confirmed the color options for the Pixel 10 series. The Pixel 10 will be available in Light Blue (Frost), Blue (Indigo), Yellow (Limoncello or Lemongrass), and Black (Obsidian). The Pixel 10 Pro and Pixel 10 Pro XL will come in Grey (Moonstone), Black (Obsidian), and White (Porcelain). Interestingly, the Pixel 10 Pro XL will also be available in Green (Jade).
The Pixel 10 series will offer a more colorful palette, with the Pixel 10 featuring light and bright shades such as Frost and Limoncello. On the other hand, the Pro and Pro XL models will lean more towards neutral and classic colors like Obsidian, Moonstone (gray), Porcelain (white), and Jade (green).
It's worth noting that there don't appear to be any major design changes from Google for the new Pixel series compared to the Pixel 9 series.
