Toyota's First BEV, bZ4X, Stars at Kuwait's AUTO WORLD SHOW
Toyota's first BEV model, the bZ4X, took centre stage at the inaugural AUTO WORLD SHOW in Kuwait. The event, held under the patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Commerce and Industry, attracted a vast crowd and a diverse range of exhibitors.
The Toyota pavilion, spanning 700 square meters, displayed a mix of practical SUVs like RAV4, Corolla Cross, and Urban Cruiser. It also paid homage to legendary models such as Land Cruiser and Prado, renowned for their exceptional 4x4 capabilities. The pavilion highlighted Toyota's motorsport brand Gazoo Racing (GR) and its commitment to environmentally friendly vehicles.
The bZ4X, a medium-segment SUV-type BEV, marked the first model in the Toyota bZ series. The event was organised by Events & Venues Co. in collaboration with the Public Authority for Industry and launched by Mohamed Naser Al Sayer & Sons Est. Co. W.L.L and Toyota. ALSAYER also exhibited a prominent pavilion, showcasing 12 of its most reliable cars.
The AUTO WORLD SHOW, held from September 22-27 at the Kuwait Fair Ground, established itself as a key venue for B2C and B2B partnerships. While the Detroit Auto Show in January 2026, supported by SAE International and the Detroit Auto Dealers Association, did not provide specific details on Toyota models, the Kuwait event successfully showcased Toyota's latest offerings and commitment to sustainable mobility.
