Title: Get Set with Path of Exile 2's Top-notch Loot Filter: Installation Guide

If you're a novice to Path of Exile 2 and find the default loot UI overwhelming due to an excess of trash, you're not alone. Luckily, the community-driven game thrives on custom loot filters, with NeverSink being a standout creator. The game's default interface isn't so hot, but thankfully, NeverSink's filter is a game-changer.

To get this top-tier filter, follow these steps:

  1. Hop on over to FilterBlade:
  2. Venture to the FilterBlade website and sign in with your Path of Exile 2 account. If console players can't access FilterBlade, they're out of luck for now.
  3. Decide on Default or Customize:
  4. Once you're signed in, you can choose between the default filter (which is still a significant improvement) or delve into the customization process to fine-tune your preferences.
  5. Preview Your Chosen Filter:
  6. Regardless of your choice, you can get a glimpse of what you're in for by checking out the preview tab.
  7. Export It to Path of Exile 2:
  8. After deciding, simply hit the "Export to PoE" tab and make your selection. The filter settings will be saved automatically.
  9. Download or Sync the Filter:
  10. If the sync option doesn't work for you, choose the download option instead, which will save the filter to your PC.
  11. Place the Filter in the Right Location:
  12. Locate your Path of Exile 2 files, generally found in the Documents/My Games folder, and stash the downloaded filter in the proper spot.
  13. Activate Your New Filter:
  14. Launch the game, navigate to the Game tab in the options, and select your newly added FilterBlade filter from the drop-down menu.

And voila! Your gameplay experience will transform, thanks to the improved UI and additional sound effects. With the default filter, I've been content, but I might eventually dive deeper into customization, based on my farming preferences. Kudos to NeverSink and his team for their hard work. It's a shame that GGG hasn't considered integrating this feature as standard.
