Support Representative Intern Position

The successful candidate will be the frontline contact for customers of CloudWalk's InfinitePay payments platform, handling customer interactions through various channels, including chats, emails, and calls.
Key responsibilities for this role include diagnosing and resolving technical and non-technical issues, providing alternative solutions to retain customers, and conducting follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.
To succeed in this position, applicants should possess exceptional communication skills, a strong desire to deliver outstanding customer experiences, analytical and logical problem-solving abilities, a sense of ownership and responsibility, attention to detail, and a continuous learning mindset. Fluency in Portuguese is essential, with upper intermediate English skills required for internal communication. Basic understanding of prompt engineering and SQL is also beneficial.
