SUNY Poly advances with innovative Cybersecurity and Technology research centers

SUNY Polytechnic Institute has announced the launch of four new research centers aimed at advancing technologies in electromagnetics, cybersecurity, quantum technology, and artificial intelligence. These centers, which will focus on developing next-generation capabilities in these fields, are a response to the global demand for innovative solutions to technological challenges.

The new research centers will work towards pushing the technical boundaries in these key areas, enabling advanced computing and security technologies.

Electromagnetics

The electromagnetics center aims to enhance the understanding and applications of electromagnetic systems. This research could lead to advancements in communications, sensing, and related technologies.

Cybersecurity

The cybersecurity center will focus on developing stronger security methodologies, particularly in AI security and privacy. The center will address challenges such as adversarial attacks and secure machine learning.

Quantum Technology
