Staffing company, Adecco, buys Outsource force, Onforce, to expand its range of online service offerings.
In a strategic move to streamline talent acquisition and management, global workforce solutions provider Adecco has announced the acquisition of OnForce, Inc. The acquisition aims to create a unique integrated solution for companies to source talent through multiple channels.
OnForce, founded by Eric LeBlanc, offers a freelancer management system (FMS) with cloud-based solutions for managing freelancers and independent contractors. This system will be integrated with Beeline's vendor management system (VMS), providing a comprehensive solution for managing both traditional and freelance workforces.
The merger of OnForce's FMS and Beeline's VMS will create a powerful offering that combines OnForce's ability to access and manage freelance talent with Beeline's process automation and analytics for sourcing and managing talent through staffing agencies. This integration is expected to simplify operations and optimize the management of extended workforces for Adecco's clients.
Patrick De Maeseneire, CEO of Adecco, expressed his delight about the merger, stating, "We are excited to welcome OnForce to the Adecco Group. This acquisition will further strengthen our position as a leading global workforce solutions provider, enabling us to offer our clients an even more comprehensive solution for managing their extended workforces."
The transaction is not expected to have a material financial impact on Adecco's group.
