WorkBetter and Partners Modernize Sofia Co-working Spaces with Cutting-edge AV Solutions

In a move to enhance the co-working experience for its diverse range of clients, WorkBetter, a leading Bulgarian co-working and flex office provider, has partnered with PPDS (Philips Professional Displays) and OmniChannel, an AV integration specialist, to modernize its original co-working spaces in Sofia, Bulgaria.

The collaboration aimed to deliver a new generation of flexible workspace environments that cater to the evolving needs of businesses. The project saw the installation of advanced professional display technology and AV solutions, transforming the WorkBetter 1.0 and 2.0 co-working spaces into state-of-the-art facilities.

Key details of this collaboration include:

  • Partners and roles: WorkBetter, with its commitment to delivering cutting-edge AV solutions, partnered with PPDS for cutting-edge display hardware and OmniChannel for the AV integration.
  • Technology deployed: The project utilized products such as the Philips Unite LED 5000 Series P1, a high-quality LED display designed for modern office settings, supporting collaboration, communication, and digital signage. Additionally, 8x 55in, 6x 65in, 2x 75in Philips Business TVs, and 1x 65in Philips Collaboration display were also installed.

The installation of these Philips displays is aimed at enhancing the co-working experience for WorkBetter's customers. The Philips Unite LED 5000 Series 1.5 pixel pitch wall was installed to provide a visually impressive experience for all who visit the WorkBetter co-working spaces.

Bogdan Blinda, regional sales manager - SEE, Israel and Turkey at PPDS, commented on the growing demand for flexible co-working offices. "We are thrilled to be a part of this project, as it reflects the increasing need for flexible and technologically advanced workspaces," he said.

The global co-working market was valued at $22.01bn last year and is expected to reach $82.12bn by 2034. With the co-working market on the rise, WorkBetter aims to ensure the experiences and capabilities provided in its co-working spaces are to the highest standard.

The two spaces, known as WorkBetter 1.0 and WorkBetter 2.0, are located 120m apart and cover over 12,000sqm and 1,300 working stations. The installation of these Philips displays is a significant step towards achieving this goal.

The co-working spaces were modernized through a collaboration between WorkBetter, PPDS, and OmniChannel, an AV integration specialist. The project reflects a focus on delivering advanced AV technology and the implementation of smart and engaging AV solutions.

12x 10in Philips T-Line multi-touch displays were used to create a remotely managed room booking system and placed in the gym for audio system control. This modernization will undoubtedly enhance the co-working experience for WorkBetter's customers, supporting productivity and innovation from day one.
