Petra Preining Appointed New CFO of Pierer Mobility AG and KTM AG
Petra Preining has been appointed as the new CFO of Pierer Mobility AG and KTM AG. She will oversee key areas including Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Controlling, Risk Management, Investor Relations, and IT. Preining brings a wealth of experience from her previous roles and will serve until December 31, 2028.
Preining's extensive career includes serving as CFO at AT&S Austria Technologie & Systemtechnik AG and Semperit AG Holding. Most recently, she held the same position at AT&S from 2022 until August 2025. Prior to this, she worked at the B&C Group, Deloitte Tax Wirtschaftsprüfungs GmbH, Kraft Foods, and Unilever. She is currently a member of the supervisory board at Frequentis AG.
Preining's appointment is seen as a strategic move to future-proof the organization of both companies. Gottfried Neumeister, CEO of Pierer Mobility AG, expressed confidence in her expertise and foresight, believing she can bring the company back onto a sustainable growth path.
