OnePlus is set to unveil the OnePlus Buds 3, following the success of the OnePlus Buds Pro 2. Rumours hint at advanced features and a familiar design.
The OnePlus Buds 3 are expected to offer 48dB Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) and Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity. Each earbud may house a 58mAh battery, providing up to 9 hours of playtime with ANC off, and up to 33 hours with the charging case. The case itself is rumoured to have a 520mAh battery with 4.5W input and 1.2W output.
Concept sketches reveal a design similar to the OnePlus Buds Pro 2, with silicone ear tips for comfort and stability. The earbuds may also support dual connection to multiple devices simultaneously. Additionally, they are expected to have an IP55-rated build, offering resistance to sweat and water.
The OnePlus Buds 3, model number E509A, have been spotted on the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) website and the US Federal Communications Commission (FCC) database, suggesting an imminent launch. With rumours pointing to advanced features and a comfortable design, OnePlus fans eagerly await the official announcement.
