Nokia Bell Labs Unveils Six Principles for Responsible AI Development

Nokia has established an AI Governance Framework program to reinforce internal AI processes and build trust among stakeholders. This program aligns with the company's commitment to the AI Pact, a voluntary framework that helps businesses adapt to the AI Act. The AI Act is a binding legal framework that regulates AI systems based on risk levels.

Nokia's strategic move to define AI principles and join the AI Pact demonstrates its proactive approach to responsible AI development. By doing so, the company aims to ensure its AI systems are reliable, fair, and transparent, while also complying with the upcoming AI Act regulations.
