ProjX360 Introduces New Invoicing Features for AV Integration Companies

ProjX360, a leading project management software for AV integrators and custom installation professionals, has announced the upcoming release of invoicing enhancements tailored to the needs of AV integration companies. The updates, scheduled to roll out within the next 90 days, aim to improve the alignment between operations and accounting processes in these firms [1][2][3][4].

The new invoicing module will introduce three distinct invoice types: Request for Payment, Standard, and Delivery. These invoice types enable companies to bill using accrual-based accounting methods, allowing invoicing based on project milestones, product delivery, or completed work [1][2][3][4].

To facilitate seamless transfer of these new invoice types into accounting systems, ProjX360 is rolling out enhanced QuickBooks integrations. This update will reduce manual entry, improve accuracy, and increase efficiency [1][2][3][4]. The enhanced QuickBooks integrations support the transfer of all new invoice types into users' accounting systems.

Moreover, the update includes new billing and invoice reports for greater financial visibility. These reports provide insight into financial performance, outstanding balances, and project-level billing activities, offering a comprehensive view of a company's financial status [1][2][3][4].

Doug Greenwald, Founder and CEO of ProjX360, states that these enhancements are part of their ongoing commitment to provide integrators with necessary tools for smarter, more profitable businesses.

The new features will be demonstrated at CEDIA Expo in Denver from September 3-6, at ProjX360’s booth #C1306. This event offers integrators an opportunity to learn more about the new features of ProjX360 [1][2][3][4].
