Mocha Pro 2022, a powerful post-production tool, has been released, offering improved tracking, rotoscoping, and object removal capabilities for visual effects artists. The latest version of Mocha Pro caters to various users, with Ross Shain, Chief Product Officer of Boris FX, stating that the new release has something for all types of Mocha users.
The single license for Mocha Pro 2022 comes in multiple options:
- Multi-host (Adobe, Avid, OFX): $995, with upgrades starting at $395, and an annual subscription priced at $395, or a monthly subscription at $50.
- Individual host (Adobe, Avid, OFX): $695, with upgrades starting at $295, and an annual subscription priced at $295, or a monthly subscription at $37.
- Multi-host + Standalone Application: $1495, with upgrades starting at $595, and an annual subscription priced at $595, or a monthly subscription at $75.
Mocha Pro 2022 features the Insert Module, which uses warped surface compositing driven by PowerMesh tracking. This tool is designed to enhance the precision and speed of planar tracking and object removal, making it an invaluable asset for visual effects artists.
