Lenovo introduces a new rewards program called LEAP for its sales channels, aiming to boost engagement and performance.

Lenovo, the global technology leader, has unveiled a new initiative called the Lenovo 360 Expert Achievers Programme (LEAP) to drive growth within its UK channel ecosystem. The program is designed to motivate and reward channel sales and technical support staff for their efforts in selling eligible Lenovo products and solutions, as well as upskilling through Lenovo 360 training courses.

Through LEAP, frontline partner employees can earn points that can be redeemed for rewards such as pre-paid Lenovo Mastercards. The points system also contributes to their wider organization's Lenovo 360 Engage Accreditation requirements and sales tier targets.

As part of the LEAP program, Lenovo has launched a new channel feature called the Score BIG Incentive. This initiative offers partners the opportunity to win tax-paid prizes, including tickets to the FIFA World Cup 2026, for which Lenovo is the official Technology Partner. Other prizes up for grabs in the Score BIG Incentive include luxury breaks, shopping vouchers, and experience days.

Partners earn raffle tickets for a quarterly prize draw linked to Score BIG, with winners announced every quarter until March 2026. The program emphasizes upskilling and collaboration to expand business and add value to customers.

Natalie Door, Lenovo's director of UK&I channel and SMB, explained that LEAP rewards teams for both driving sales and growing their knowledge. "This initiative reflects Lenovo’s commitment to partner growth by rewarding sales and knowledge growth in a structured, engaging manner," she said.

The Lenovo 360 Partner Hub is the platform where employees can sign up for the LEAP program. Employees at Lenovo partners can sign up to the program via the Lenovo 360 Partner Hub.

By motivating staff to upskill, LEAP aims to strengthen collaboration, drive business expansion, and deliver greater value to end customers. The rewards system in the LEAP program is accessible through the LEAP portal, where employees can receive rewards for their efforts.

In conclusion, Lenovo's LEAP program is a channel incentive program that aims to drive growth within the UK channel ecosystem by motivating and rewarding channel sales and technical support staff. The program offers a simple rewards system for partners' staff, with points earned through sales and learning that can be redeemed for various rewards, including pre-paid Lenovo Mastercards and the chance to win tax-paid prizes through the Score BIG Incentive. The program runs until March 2026, with winners announced every quarter.
