LBBW Appoints Moritz Kraemer as New Chief Economist
LBBW Research has appointed a new head. Moritz Kraemer is set to join the team as Chief Economist, succeeding Uwe Burkert who has moved to the board of the Kreissparkasse Waiblingen. Kraemer brings a wealth of experience and a focus on sustainability.
Kraemer's career spans over two decades, with a significant portion spent at S&P Global. He served as Global Chief Ratings Officer, where he played a key role in integrating ESG criteria into rating processes. His expertise in global economic analysis will be invaluable in his new role at LBBW.
Before joining LBBW, Kraemer held various positions, including Chief Economist at CountryRisk.io and Chief Economic Advisor at Acreditus. His ability to simplify complex topics has earned him praise, making him an excellent fit for LBBW's research department.
Moritz Kraemer will take over as LBBW's Chief Economist no later than November 15th. His extensive experience and focus on ESG topics align with LBBW's strategic goals. The Research department looks forward to his leadership in providing analyses on financial markets, the economy, and industries to clients throughout the DACH region.
