Eveready Industries India Limited, the nation's leading battery brand, has made a significant leap in the market with the introduction of its new Hybrid Torch. The Hybrid Torch is a dual-powered flashlight, offering the convenience of both rechargeable and battery-operated modes. It features a USB Type-C port for fast charging, achieving a full charge in just 2.5 hours. In addition, the torch includes a backup battery, ensuring continued operation when one power source is depleted.

Eveready's Hybrid Torch is equipped with an inbuilt rechargeable battery and can also operate on 3 x AA batteries when the rechargeable battery runs out. The torch is marketed as "India's first" hybrid flashlight, positioning it as an innovative and practical solution for Indian consumers.

The product launch is supported by a promotional campaign featuring Bollywood actress Sonakshi Sinha as "Nikita Roy," an Eveready brand ambassador. A video featuring Sonakshi Sinha will showcase the Hybrid Torch's 2-in-1 power backup feature and easy toggle switch feature to change power modes.

The Hybrid Torch is priced at Rs. 399/- and is available in two colours, red and green, at leading retail outlets and major e-commerce platforms across India. The torch's design includes a position slide switch for the front and side light, a position switch for power mode selection, and a charging indicator light.
