Isuzu Unveils Grand Toro XL & Citiport 12/Class 2 Buses at Busworld
Isuzu has unveiled two new buses at the Busworld fair in Brussels. The Grand Toro Xl and the Citiport 12/Class 2 were presented by the company or its official representatives, marking a significant addition to their fleet.
The Grand Toro Xl, designed for small to medium services, now accommodates 41 passengers, up from 37 in its predecessor. It boasts a powerful CUMMINS ISB4.5 E6 E21 0B engine, delivering a maximum torque of 151 kW. Measuring 9.3 metres in length and 2.35 metres in width, it also offers an expanded luggage space of 4.8m³.
The Citiport 12/Class 2, showcased alongside the Grand Toro Xl, is built for suburban, urban, and intercity services. It aims to enhance accessibility, catering to various routes and passenger needs. Alongside these two, Isuzu displayed other vehicles like the Novo Volt and NovoCiti Volt buses at the event.
Isuzu's debut of the Grand Toro Xl and Citiport 12/Class 2 at Busworld signals an expansion of their product range. The Grand Toro Xl's increased passenger and luggage capacity, along with the Citiport's accessibility focus, are expected to cater to diverse transportation needs.
