Leaning into natural language processing (NLP), the AI tool offers customers greater control over their storage environments through a simple, user-friendly interface.

The offering comes with an SLA to ensure its flexibility, as part of a wider range of SLAs announced at the event. This move further consolidates Pure Storage's commitment to simplicity, offering customers peace of mind regarding potential concerns.
For example, Pure Storage's 'Enhanced Cyber Recovery and Resilience SLA' and 'Site Rebalance SLA' provide valuable commitments in the event of cyber incidents or changes to storage requirements.
Pure Storage's obsessive focus on simplifying storage management continues, as underscored by John Colgrove, the company's founder and chief visionary officer. Colgrove emphasizes this theme as the primary focus of this year's event.
