RemotePass Hires Senior Employee Experience Specialist for Global EOR Team

RemotePass, a UAE-based startup working remotely with a diversified team spread across 20+ countries, is hiring a Senior Employee Experience Specialist to join their Employer of Record (EOR) team. The role is designed to manage the entire employee lifecycle within the EOR team, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for external employees globally.

The Senior Employee Experience Specialist will oversee activities from pre-onboarding, onboarding, to post-onboarding, collaborating closely with payroll, legal, Customer Success Managers (CSM), and other stakeholders to coordinate these processes effectively.

In this role, the Senior Employee Experience Specialist will:

  • Manage onboarding to off-boarding processes for employees.
  • Act as a key point within the EOR team to guarantee a positive employee journey.
  • Facilitate employee engagement and ensure compliance in the onboarding process.
  • Support the remote and diverse employee base spread across over 20 countries.
  • Focus on delivering a seamless experience, particularly in the EMEA region, but in a globally distributed remote setting.

The Senior Employee Experience Specialist will work on platforms such as Zendesk, Monday.com, and others to track and manage work. They will also take ownership of the Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score related to employee experience and onboarding Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

The candidate must possess strong project management skills, be customer-centric, and have 5+ years of experience in EOR employee experience, human resources, or a related field. They should be fluent in Arabic and English and excel in collaborative environments.
