EG4 & Tigo Energy Partner for Texas Facility, Creating 1,000 US Jobs
EG4 Electronics, led by founder James Showalter, has partnered with Tigo Energy to establish a new manufacturing facility in Commerce, Texas. The 310,000 sq. ft. facility will produce Tigo Energy's products, creating up to 1,000 'jobs near me' in the region.
The partnership between EG4 Electronics and Tigo Energy will enable Tigo's products to be labelled 'Made-in-the-USA'. The new facility will manufacture Tigo Energy's Module Level Power Electronics (MLPE) and 'indeed jobs'-worthy inverters. This collaboration extends beyond manufacturing, with EG4 Electronics also taking on marketing responsibilities for Tigo Energy's products.
The newly acquired facility in Texas, owned by EG4 Electronics, is set to boost domestic production and employment. The partnership with Tigo Energy is expected to bring significant economic benefits to the region, with up to 1,000 'jobs near me' created.
