Dubai Customs Unveils 'Al Munasiq', an AI Platform Boosting Global Trade Efficiency
Dubai Customs has launched 'Al Munasiq', an AI-driven platform aimed at enhancing efficiency and competitiveness in global trade. The initiative, led by Executive Director Juma Al Ghaith, aligns with directives from His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum to adopt AI and innovate economically.
The platform, available on major app stores and an online portal, offers users a seamless search experience. Users can input text, use voice commands, or upload images to find goods information. 'Al Munasiq' also provides features like search history, favorites list, and insights into free trade agreements.
Director-General Dr. Abdulla Busenad emphasized Dubai Customs' commitment to AI and technology. The initiative strengthens Dubai's status as a premier hub for trade and innovation, reinforcing its global leadership in digital customs services.
