diind Launches Free AI Readiness Self-Assessment Tool for SMEs

diind has launched a free AI readiness self-assessment tool at www.diind.de. This initiative aims to boost small and medium-sized enterprises' (SMEs) visibility in AI system results without hefty advertising budgets.

diind's tool helps certified companies enhance their online presence in AI-driven searches. It generates a unique code snippet for integration into a website's meta-data, making the company's AI-related certifications and seals visible to AI systems.

AI systems prioritize sources deemed reliable and competent. diind's tool aligns with this by leveraging Schema.org standards and contributing to Google's E-E-A-T principles. This means AI systems are more likely to consider certified companies' information trustworthy, not just relevant.

For SMEs, implementing certifications like the EU AI Act's risk classification, transparent documentation, and labeling obligations, along with internal AI governance policies, can increase visibility and trust. Additionally, voluntary sustainability reporting standards like the DNK checklist for the VSME module can further enhance reputation, although they focus more on sustainability than AI.
