DeFi platform OnRe launches a points system that rewards ONyc users for their participation across various decentralized finance services.
OnRe, a leading onchain asset manager, has launched OnRe Points, a new rewards program for the ONyc ecosystem. This program underscores OnRe's commitment to building sustainable DeFi infrastructure and supporting ONyc's role as a premier collateral asset within the Solana ecosystem.
ONyc, OnRe's flagship product, is a multi-collateral, yielding dollar asset backed by reinsurance premiums. It is positioned to become the preferred collateral asset across all of DeFi.
The OnRe Points program offers various rewards for participating in the ONyc ecosystem. Base Holding (1x) rewards 1 point per ONyc per day for asset holders. Liquidity Provision (2x) doubles rewards for providing ONyc liquidity on Solana DEXs like Kamino, Orca, and Raydium. Lending and Borrowing (3x) triples rewards for supplying ONyc as collateral to lending protocols like Kamino and Loopscale. Yield Trading (4x) offers maximum rewards for providing liquidity and holding YT-ONyc on Exponent.
Bonus campaigns will add extra rewards tied to social engagement, partnership launches, and community participation. These campaigns are designed to mark a shift from passive token farming to active ecosystem building.
Participants can track their ONyc positions, accrued points, and related onchain activity in real time through the OnRe application. OnRe's Head of Operations is Sarah George, who can be contacted at [email protected].
The program is designed for the future of DeFi and underscores OnRe's commitment to building sustainable DeFi infrastructure. OnRe Points mark a significant step towards fostering a vibrant and engaged ONyc ecosystem.
