Entrion Wind's TMA Monopile Technology Passes DNV's Technology Qualification Process

Entrion Wind, a leading player in the renewable energy sector, has made a significant stride in its commitment to innovation and quality. The company's Top Mooring Assembly (TMA) monopile technology has successfully passed the Technology Qualification (TQ) process, receiving a formal Statement of Feasibility from DNV, a leading global provider of classification, certification, and advisory services.

The TMA monopile technology is a key component of Entrion Wind's Fully Restrained Platform monopile foundation technology. This achievement underscores Entrion Wind's dedication to pushing the boundaries in the renewable energy sector.

The TQ process is a rigorous evaluation of a technology's feasibility and potential for commercial success. Entrion Wind's TMA monopile technology has proven its worth, demonstrating its potential for future success.

The recognition from DNV is a significant milestone for Entrion Wind, marking a testament to the potential of their TMA monopile technology. This milestone aligns with Entrion Wind's strategic focus on the UK market, positioning the company for future growth in the region.

In line with this focus, Entrion Wind has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Global Maritime. This partnership will see Global Maritime provide engineering support for future projects in the UK, as well as transportation and installation engineering services throughout the lifecycle of the project.

The planned demonstration project will take place in UK waters, with AMOG Consulting, the company that signed the MoU with Entrion Wind, overseeing the project. This partnership also covers the development of a generic T&I framework for the Fully Restrained Platform monopile technology.

Entrion Wind's partnership with Global Maritime further strengthens the company's position in the renewable energy industry. The company is also collaborating with Simply Blue Group to explore the feasibility of the Fully Restrained Platform monopile in 2024.

The DNV's Statement of Feasibility is a significant validation for Entrion Wind's TMA monopile technology. This recognition further cements Entrion Wind's position as a leader in the renewable energy sector, driving innovation and quality in their pursuit of a sustainable future.
