Cultivation Objects' 'Anticline' Espresso Maker Wins Design Award
Cultivation Objects, a design-focused manufacturer, has created a unique espresso machine called 'Anticline'. Inspired by geological folds, this sculptural piece has won the 'our website Design Awards' 2025, adding artistry to daily coffee rituals.
Nathaniel Wojtalik, the founder of Cultivation Objects, drew inspiration for the Anticline from the geological folds near his father's home in the mountains. The espresso machine mimics the rise and fall of water during brewing, reflecting its namesake geological formation.
Crafted from recycled aluminium, the Anticline is a sustainable choice. Its handles are made from ebonised cherry, sourced from storm-fallen trees in upstate New York. This limited edition piece, with only 200 units available, is priced at £534 or $650.
The Anticline espresso machine, a blend of art and functionality, is a testament to Cultivation Objects' commitment to design and sustainability. Its unique form and geological inspiration make it a standout piece in any kitchen.
