The certification process was guided by Corina Radu, CEO of Impact Market Romania and co-founder of Better Business Alliance - B, the B Corp representative in Romania.
Confident Agency scored highest in employee practices, client relationships, and social impact engagement during the B Impact Assessment (BIA). This rigorous process verifies a company’s commitment to high standards of social and environmental performance, accountability, and transparency. As a B Corp, Confident Agency operates with strong ethical values and prioritizes sustainability, aligning with organisations that have social or environmental goals or those reporting under frameworks like GRI, CSRD, or ESRS.
