Business leader Tsachi Maimon appointed as CEO at RubyPlay, aiming to propel company growth to unprecedented levels.
RubyPlay, a leading iGaming company, has announced the appointment of Tsachi Maimon as its new CEO, effective from Wednesday 1 October 2025. Maimon brings nearly two decades of experience in the global gaming industry to his new role.
Maimon's appointment is part of RubyPlay's diversification strategy, aimed at delivering distinctive iGaming experiences. The company has recently enjoyed impressive entries into Brazil and the US, partnering with tier one operators. This growth is reflected by its games being available through the biggest operator brands in the world.
In his new position, Maimon will oversee RubyPlay's corporate strategy, with a focus on driving the company's strategy to become a leading player in North America. He will also work closely with RubyPlay's founders and management, expressing his excitement about this opportunity.
Maimon's tenure at RubyPlay follows his time at Aristocrat Interactive, where he served as Chief Strategy Officer after the company was acquired by Aristocrat in 2024. Prior to that, he was instrumental in the evolution of Aspire Global as its CEO, leading the company through numerous acquisitions, including sportsbook provider BtoBet, content aggregator Pariplay, and bingo supplier End2End.
RubyPlay has evolved from a creative supplier into a trusted partner for tier-one operators. Its portfolio includes unique and high-performing mechanics such as Immortal Ways®, Go High®, and Diamond Explosion®. The launch of independent games studio Koala Games further strengthened RubyPlay's portfolio, reflecting the company's commitment to innovation and quality.
As RubyPlay continues to grow and evolve, Maimon emphasized the company's localised approach and bespoke content capabilities, positioning RubyPlay as a flexible and adaptable partner in the iGaming industry.
With Maimon at the helm, RubyPlay is poised for continued success and growth in the competitive iGaming market.
