Prozo, a tech-driven full-stack supply chain platform, has recently secured an investment from Bollywood actor Ranbir Kapoor. The company, which offers an integrated solution for warehousing, freight, and fulfillment, aims to enhance its Same-Day and Next-Day Delivery (SDD & NDD) capabilities and expand its warehousing network into new cities.

The investment round, amounting to $20 million, was led by Sixth Sense Ventures and JAFCO Asia, with additional support from the Japanese conglomerate Genesia Ventures. The exact amount of Ranbir Kapoor's investment was not disclosed.

Prozo's platform leverages proprietary technology for warehouse management, transport management, and real-time control. These systems provide brands with visibility and control across all sales channels, including B2B, D2C, and marketplace. The company's operations span across 42 tech-enabled warehouses covering 2.2 million sq. ft. and cater to over 24,000 pin codes.

Dr. Ashvini Jakhar, the Founder & CEO of Prozo, is a former Naval doctor and McKinsey consultant. He is focused on doubling down on automation and predictive analytics to further streamline the supply chain process. Prozo's transport management system (TMS) and warehouse management system (WMS) are integral parts of its integrated supply chain platform.

The company's real-time control tower offers brands real-time insights into their supply chain operations, ensuring efficient and timely deliveries. Prozo is also developing fulfillment solutions tailored for MSMEs and quick commerce brands.

Ranbir Kapoor, expressing his support for the venture, stated, "Every brand needs speed, consistency, and adaptability. Prozo's systems give brands that edge. Great execution builds trust, and that's what Prozo is enabling behind the scenes."

Prozo's platform supports over 150 brands, including The Minimalist, Neemans, Comet, Beardo, Snitch, Traya, Powerlook, and PhonePe. With this investment, Prozo aims to continue its growth trajectory and solidify its position as a leading full-stack supply chain platform in India.
